On average, we expect shipping times to vary between 5-10 business days, however, there are times when carrier delays can mean a shipment could take longer than normal. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates.

Shipping is free on orders over $90 in Canada and the US.

Otherwise, we charge direct rates from our shipping partners.

Yes! As of June 2023, we offer local pick up for orders within Calgary, Canada via Collab YYC.

Local pickup orders are dropped off within 5 business days of orders being placed.

Collab YYC is located on the main level of Southcentre Mall. Regular store hours are below:

Our underwear fit relatively "true to size" however, we know that there is no universal size chart in this day and age. But we've got you covered with our size guide.

If you are in between sizes, we would recommend sizing up.

In terms of caring for your bota underwear - We recommend machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry if you can! By doing this, you'll save energy and preserve the lifespan of the garment.

Otherwise, tossing them in the dryer on low heat also works.

YES! Expecting and new moms love bota.

The stretch of the fabric allows many expecting moms to wear their botas until they reach full term (depending on their individual bumps and weight gain, of course!). The breathable fabric makes the third-trimester vaginal discharge a little more manageable (IYKYK), and the wide gusset provides ultimate comfort during postpartum recovery.
