Below are some details on our First Pair Commitment and our return & exchange policy.
Policies
Our first pair commitment will allow you to try one pair of each style of underwear in your first order and you'll be able to return or exchange as needed, within 30 days of purchase. Please note, this does not apply to orders purchased on sale or special promotion. All discounted items are final sale.
Please ensure you try on only one pair of a style before you wear any duplicate pairs in your order. Duplicates will need to be unopened, unworn, and unwashed if you'd like to make a swap (note that different colours in the same style are considered duplicate pairs).
The wrap-around packaging on duplicate pairs must be intact to be refunded or exchanged
Reminder to make sure you refer to our size guide before making your first order. Do not purchase multiple sizes in your first order, make your size selection based on the size chart. The first pair commitment will be void for orders containing multiple sizes.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, underwear orders that are not covered by our first pair commitment will always be final sale.
In the unlikely event you happen to receive a damaged pair or have any concerns, please reach out to hey@botaundergarments.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will let you know how we can help.
Accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
